MITSU by two chefs. Rather than adhere strictly to the traditional Zen-inspired aesthetic of Japanese restaurants, we’ve opted for a fusion of raw construction materials and fine finishes.

The choice of rusted metals and cement textures juxtaposed with brown leather and wooden furniture creates a visual narrative that draws inspiration from the culinary creativity and presentation found in Mistu’s dishes.
